Welcome Prospective Vendors,
The Winter Market is part of a grand holiday light festival at the Greater Vancouver Zoo from
November 22, 2025, to January 10, 2026.
The Market days of operation are Thursday Friday Saturday and Sunday from November 22nd to December 7th, and from December 11th the market is open 7 days a week until December 24th.
Market hours start at 4/5 PM to 9 PM.
This is a curated market. Our goal is to ensure a diverse mix of product types that boosts your sales and preserves the uniqueness of your offerings. As such, the application process will be robust to ensure we fully understand your business and products.
We anticipate this application will take approximately
12 minutes to complete.

Important Dates and Information:
Applications submitted quickly (even partially complete) will be considered in our first pass review and given priority.
We will return responses and confirmations from
October 22nd to November 17th.
We highly recommend drafting answers in a separate working document, then copying your responses into the questionnaire when you are ready to submit.

Product photos (4-5) We would like clear images of your products. These images may be used to promote the event. (JPG, PNG, or WEBP, max 5 MB per image)

Booth photos (1-2, if available) If you have displayed your booth before please show us. These images will help us with space planning. They may also be used for event promotion. (JPG, PNG, or WEBP, max 5 MB per image)
4.
Workspace photos (1-2) Gives us a sense of your process. These images are for internal use only, they will not be shared publicly. (JPG, PNG, or WEBP, max 5 MB per image)
5.
Website or Social Media Links Optional but helpful for promotion and getting to know your brand. (JPG, PNG, or WEBP, max 5 MB per image)
6.
Booth Ground Plan Worksheet Use the
provided groundplan grid to sketch your basic booth layout. Include large items like tables, racks, shelves, screens, additional lighting.
7.
Save Your Submission Answers Keep everything in one place, you will likely reuse them next year.
